White territory is run in form of a cult, but in reality is not much different from mafia. It is ruled by Quin Silver a figure resembling a pope/church leader. They use unicorn as their symbol as they believe that said creature is messenger of God. Faceless living here are nuns and priests dressed in navy robes. The other roleholder that lives here is Lewis Carroll.
